Have you ever had challenges parking when you come to visit your favorite businesses on Ingersoll Avenue?
Are you a business or property owner who has concerns about how customers access your shop or restaurant?
Now is your chance to be part of the solution!
The Avenues of Ingersoll & Grand is undergoing a parking study in collaboration with Walker Consultants from Minneapolis. The study aims to assess how on-street and off-street parking in the area is being used, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and help The Avenues engage with stakeholders in best managing parking needs moving forward. The project is expected to run through early 2025.
There are two ways YOU can be involved:
- Online Survey: We need your input! Please take the project survey and tell us your experience and ideas about parking in the district. This survey is open to business and property owners, visitors to the district and neighbors!
- Virtual Listening Session: The Avenues will host a virtual listening session to learn more about your parking experience. Please consider joining the session over Zoom on October 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If you are interested in joining this virtual listening session, you may register here in advance for this meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
