Ingersoll LIVE 2020: Will open April 1, 2020

At this time, Ingersoll LIVE artist registration is open!

Ingersoll LIVE is inviting proposals from artists and artisans 18 and older, interested in exhibiting at the Ingersoll LIVE Street Celebration on Saturday, August 29, 2020. This non-profit “block party” event is designed to bring awareness to local art, culture and businesses on Ingersoll and in the Greater Des Moines area.

This is the 17th annual Ingersoll LIVE event, located on Ingersoll Avenue between 28th and 29th streets. Last year, over 10,000 patrons attended the event and enjoyed live music, artist and artisan booths, food and drink vendors, beer and wine vendors, and attractions for children.

Information For The Artists

Artist Set-Up 2:00 – 3:30 pm; Festival Hours 4:00 – 11:00 pm. (Vehicles may enter parking to unload only.)

Booths must be set up by 3:30, no exceptions. Artist booths will be located together along the street with all other vendors. Your registration fee of $125.00 includes:

  • 10′ x 10′ Booth Space
  • Tent
  • One 8′ Table
  • Two Folding Chairs
  • Electricity

Artists are encouraged to stay for the duration of the event, but may begin tearing down booths at 9:00 pm, not before. (Vehicles may not enter parking to load.)

Artists will need to provide the following:

  • $125.00 fee for booth space: Pay online with your application via PayPal (credit cards accepted), or make check payable to The Avenues of Ingersoll & Grand.
  • Display support for art work.
  • Social media handles and links

Every opportunity will be taken to successfully promote this event to the public. We will be actively promoting this event through social media and we encourage and support cross-promotion.
