The newest addition to the Ingersoll business district wants to become the “go-to hangout spot” on the corridor. Welcome Zenko Tea, 2701 Ingersoll, to The Avenues!

Zenko serves a variety of handcrafted boba drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas and smoothies and Vietnamese coffee. You can see their full menu here.
“Our goal is to bring fun and cozy spot for everyone — whether you’re grabbing a quick drink, hanging out with friends, or just exploring something new,” said co-owner Huy Nguyen. All of the drinks are customizable to the customer’s tastes.
This fall, they plan to host back-to-school promotions with student discounts and a Halloween costume contest. Follow them on Instagram to stay up to date.
Zenko Tea opened in July 2025 and has already felt a warm welcome from the neighborhood.
“We love being part of the local vibe here — connecting with our neighbors, supporting other small businesses, and helping make The Avenues an even cooler place to be,” said Nguyen. “It’s only been a few weeks, but we already feel like part of the community!”
