DES MOINES, Iowa – A new office building is planned at the corner of 31st Street and Ingersoll Avenue. But it won’t be on the corner that many neighbors have been waiting to see developed.
Two Rivers Bank has purchased the northeast corner of the intersection and plans to build a bank branch and offices to house its central Iowa operations.
